To achieve a 30% reduction in agricultural greenhouse gas emissions by 2030, our client, a sustainability-focused organization, sought to encourage farmers to adopt climate-friendly farming practices. Key practices include cover cropping, reduced tillage, crop rotation, and precision nitrogen application. The project required a robust digital platform to monitor, report, and verify (MRV) these practices, offering farmers rewards based on accurate, verifiable data. The solution also needed to ensure data protection compliance, scalability, and an intuitive user experience.
